Email support@gelatisolution.com with the device and OS version, TillFox OS version and build, affected feature, exact reproduction steps, expected behaviour and actual behaviour.
Protect confidential data
Do not email unredacted cash reports, receipts, bank details, complete backups, staff data or credentials. Replace real business names, people, locations and revenue in screenshots with neutral sample data or fully redact them.
Back up before making changes
Create a current backup before restoring, changing devices or making major corrections. Keep another copy outside the app folder and verify amounts, documents and periods after restoring.
Important scope
TillFox OS is a work and control aid. It is not a TSE cash register, bookkeeping software or an audit-proof GoBD archive. TillFox OS does not sell goods or vouchers and does not calculate or assign VAT. A user-entered tax rate is for information relating to gross values already recorded and changes neither amounts nor the cash balance. The cash-register system remains authoritative.
