Our liquid bases are the result of many years of experience in professional gelato. We started with powder bases and produced them successfully at a very high quality level. At the same time, we looked ahead: modern businesses need solutions that are faster, safer and more reproducible. That is why we developed liquid bases designed to reduce common mixing and dosing errors, simplify daily operations and deliver consistent, repeatable quality.
