These General Terms and Conditions are prepared as a draft for business relationships of Gelat Italiani Solution GmbH with entrepreneurs, commercial customers and other B2B clients. Deviating customer terms apply only if expressly confirmed in writing.
2. Services
The service offering includes in particular wholesale, distribution of liquid bases and gelato ingredients, consulting and brokerage services, unofficial support for Tipos.at POS systems in gelato shop operations and digital solutions close to app development for gastronomy.
3. Contract conclusion
Offers are non-binding unless expressly marked as binding. A contract is concluded by written confirmation, order confirmation, delivery, performance or separate agreement.
4. Prices and payment
Unless otherwise agreed, prices are net prices plus statutory VAT. Payment terms, payment methods, shipping costs and incidental costs result from the offer, invoice or individual agreement.
5. Delivery and availability
Delivery dates and availability are binding only if expressly confirmed in writing. Partial deliveries may be permissible where reasonable for the customer.
6. Consulting, brokerage and support
Consulting, brokerage and support services are provided on the basis of the information supplied by the customer. Unofficial support for Tipos.at POS systems does not constitute an official manufacturer service, certification, representation or commission by Tipos.at.
7. Digital services
For app development, licensing models, maintenance, support, usage rights, updates, hosting and interfaces, additional project or license terms may be agreed.
8. Final provisions
Jurisdiction, applicable law, severability clause and further final provisions should be completed according to the concrete contract structure.
